This policy applies to the website https://weng-labs.de. Each of our apps has its own privacy policy, available on this website and inside the app.

No cookies, no tracking

The website uses no cookies, no analytics or tracking tools, no advertising, no embedded third-party fonts, maps or videos and no contact forms.

Hosting and server log files

The website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., San Francisco, USA. When a page is requested, the server processes technically necessary data: IP address, date and time, requested page, amount of data transferred, referrer, browser and operating system. This is required to deliver the website and keep it secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not analyse this data or combine it with other data. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the hoster. As the hoster is based in the USA, the transfer is based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the EU standard contractual clauses (Art. 45, 46 GDPR).

If you email us, we process your address and the content of your message to handle your request (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). The mailbox is hosted by STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Deutschland. We delete messages once they are dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the rights of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77). An email to the address above is all it takes.
